At Fodoq, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their orders. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may seek a refund. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the restaurant accepts it and moves it for cooking. Any cancellation requests made after the restaurant has accepted the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect or damaged orders

If you receive an incorrect order or if your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the incorrect or damaged item to be picked up and initiate a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.

Late delivery

If your order arrives later than the promised delivery time, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please note that this does not apply in cases of delay due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather or traffic conditions.

Quality issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food delivered, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving the order. We may require you to provide photographic evidence to support your claim. Once verified, we will initiate a refund.

Refund process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

1. Introduction
Welcome to fodoq.com! We connect customers with a variety of restaurants in their area. Our platform allows customers to place food orders (“orders”) from diverse restaurants (“merchants”).

2. Delivery services
Fodoq.com enables delivery of such orders at select localities of serviceable cities across india (“delivery services”). We have associated delivery agents who are responsible for delivering the orders initiated by the users of our platform.

3. Delivery charges
We may charge a delivery fee for each order, which will be shown at the time of placing the order. The delivery fee may vary based on the distance, order value, or promotional offers.

4. Delivery time
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, the actual delivery time may depend on various factors such as the distance between the customer’s location and the restaurant, the traffic and weather conditions, and the size of the order. Majorly, delivery time depends upon the given preparation time and distance to customers' location. However, we ensure to delivery the food gets prepared and delivered with in 100 mins approximately 1 hour 30 mins.

5. Order tracking
Customers can track the status of their order on our platform. We provide real-time updates on the progress of the delivery.

6. Failed delivery because of incorrect address
If a customer provides an incorrect address or is not available at the specified delivery location to receive the order, we may have to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and safe for our delivery agents. Customers should also check the order at the time of delivery to confirm that it matches their order on the platform.
